About The Spanish Property Register

We are a professional organisation whose aim is to provide an advisory service and to assist foreigners wishing to purchase land, or property in the Costa Blanca region of Spain.

Principle members of our team are:

Our business is divided into two main functions and operates from two separate offices in Calpe on the Costa Blanca:

a) Technical- (Architecture & Survey's)

Under the personal direction of Dr Cabrera, the Architectural office has been established for over 26 years. Based in this office are the architects, surveyors, draftsmen, and their supporting staff. Over the years the office has completed many thousands of projects for both individuals and promoters. From small villas to high-rise apartment blocks. Dr Cabrera was also retained by the town hall of Calpe to design the project for the brand new prestigious Casa de Cultura and adjoining Plaza Major. (Cultural Centre and main square with 450 underground car parking spaces on 3 levels).

In addition to the design and preparation of building projects, the office deals with such things as extensions and reformations, structural survey's and valuations and project management.
The Technical Office is located in the Hotel Esmeralda building, on the second floor overlooking Calpe's beach. Incidentally the project for the hotel was also produced in this office.

b) Legal (Searches)

In a separate office in Calpe's high street, Costa Blance, we have Search and Survey an office that deals with all the legal and administrative aspects of the business. Here you will meet Lucia Lloyd who's parents are British, she was educated in Spain and has been involved in the real estate business for many years. She has gained experience of the common problems facing British expatriates in Spain and now manages our Legal department. John Robinson B Sc (Eng) is the General manager of this department, and is personally involved in finding property and building land for our clients.
