Money Transfers
Purchasing a property in Spain invariably
involves transfering large sums of money to a Spanish Bank.
This can often prove to be a very expensive operation for
those people not familiar with the Spanish Banking system.
Banks are known to charge anything from 0.1% commission up
to as much as 0.5% of the value of the transfer. Our clients
however, enjoy a NO Cost rate of zero €uros per transfer
which represents a substantial saving, particularly on larger
sums.
Mortgages
To help with your purchase we will organise a competitive
mortgage for you, with a local branch of one of the Spanish
based Banks. The terms and conditions of your mortgage will
depend upon where we can arrange your mortgage, but as a guideline

The Financial Centre is our in-house department that is able
to assist you with many of your financial requirements in
Spain. All the services available from the Financial Centre
are included in the fee that you pay to The Spanish Property
Register or the Land Register and are overseen by a fully
qualified financial adviser.
