  * Notes: Spanish lawyers do not generally perform all the conveyancing searches you would expect to receive from your local solicitor at home. Many work in collaboration with estate agents whose aim is to sell property rather than find reasons it cannot be sold. Whilst carrying out some of the checks listed in the table they seldom provide a written report and none that we surveyed provided any documents officially translated into English.
 

Why is property finding + conveyancing cheaper than conveyancing alone?

Once a sale has been completed we charge the selling agent an introduction fee. This fee whilst not inflating or affecting the final sale price in any way allows us to subsidise the cost of our conveyancing services to our clients. This represents a significant saving of at least €2,000 from out standard Fees.
