Do I pay in advance?

NO, as you will have read in other pages of this web site– SPR although having the API diplomas, title and real estate training do not actually sell property or operate as estate agents.
It follows therefore, if we do not sell property and earn a commission from the vendor in order to make our business function and profitable we have to charge for the work we do.
Rather than work for the vendor and earn a commission we choose to work for the buyer and charge a fee like other professional people.

Preparing a viewing schedule.

There is an incredible amount of work involved, not just by our SPR experts, but also the agents and sellers implicated in the schedule, who allocate their time to be available for the viewing.
Unlike other professional firms, solicitors, architects, surveyors, etc. our company (which incorporates those same professional people and more), do not insist on a provision of funds in advance.
In any business there has to be good element of trust between client and company particularly if they intend working together on a project likely to involve substantial sums of money.
You probably don’t know much about us other than what you have read in the press or in our web pages and of course we don’t know anything about you either! We are in Spain, and you likely to be many miles away in another country.

Our policy on payments and mutual trust:

You will not be asked to pay anything up front – let us both see how things progress - if you prefer you can wait until we meet in Spain and if you are happy with the work we have done then you open an account and pay either 500€ or 300€ accordingly depending upon which service you have selected i.e. Accompanied viewing, Unaccompanied viewing, or individual services.
