Incompleted Services

Our profession relies on the integrity of our clients; that is why we only accept people who are seriously interested in purchasing in Spain.

As a result of this policy and because of the intimate relationship we quickly establish with all our clients, we make no demands for fees until the job is completed.

If from the outset you choose the FULL SERVICE and for some unforseen reason circumstances change and you have to pull out and cancel the arrangments, we simply total up the services already utilized and calculated our fees at the SPR standard rate less 40%.

Assume you engage us and reach the stage where we have prepared a viewing itinerary. Subsequently unfortunately family problems dictate that your plans to buy in Spain have to be shelved and you can no longer go ahead, to cover our costs we would ask you to pay us for the part of the services you have had.

We only invoice for the work done on a pro rata basis as per the following example:
